Privately Owned Dealer Group in Luton offers a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, introducing finance and insurance products, and providing excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. As a seasoned car sales professional, you will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a minimum of 2 years' car sales experience, preferably in a franchised dealership environment. If you have a full UK driving licence and are proficient in handling complex sales negotiations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

This challenging yet rewarding role offers a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000 per annum, based on achieving 20 units per month. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a company car, private healthcare, and pension scheme.

Please note that every other Sunday will be a day off, and Monday to Friday working hours will be standard.
