**Job Title:** Content Creator

**Location:** JD Group

**Working Rota:** Monday - Friday

**Working Hours:** 40 hours

**Key Objective:**

A Content Creator creates engaging content across all touch points, adopting the brand tone of voice in all written communication. They will need to be competent with a range of systems and Microsoft Office to complete their daily workload, while being creative in their approach to all tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Produce product descriptions for all categories
  • Understand and adopt the JD tone of voice in all content
  • Write engaging blog posts to support marketing, product, and sport messages
  • Format blog content into Wordpress using basic HTML
  • Develop introductory SEO skills
  • Craft content for CRM including subject lines, email content, push notifications, and message centre
  • Create engaging content for paid channels, following strict word counts
  • Improve rankings with new and updated Fredhopper content

**Skills and Experience:**

  • Education to degree level or equivalent
  • Commitment to working as part of a team
  • Pro-active with a positive attitude
  • Passion for writing
  • Able to work quickly and effectively while maintaining a high level of quality and managing workloads
  • Organised and able to manage own workflow
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members
