Location: Northampton

Salary: £43,000 per annum plus £3,500 shift allowance

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and a proven track record of leading teams in a critical environment.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on electrical services.
  2. Carrying out extra works and emergencies in accordance with contract requirements.
  3. Acting as an Authorised Person HV/LV on a 24/7 rotating continental shift pattern.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sound electrical and mechanical knowledge.
  • City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers.
  • Electrical Apprenticeship – gained within the building maintenance industry.

We offer a permanent position with a salary of £46,500 per annum including shift allowance, working on a continental shift pattern, with 25 days annual leave and healthcare on offer.
