Are you an experienced Insolvency Drafter looking for a new challenge?

Anchorage Chambers is recruiting for a Commercial Law Draftsman to join our team based near Media City in Salford Quays.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Nominating & Supervising Individual Voluntary Arrangements and a proven track record of success in debt resolution.

To succeed in this role, applicants should demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 6 months of drafting experience in Insolvency.
  • Excellent communication skills and technical competence.
  • An understanding of the MOC process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing SIP3 / fact-find calls with new clients.
  • Collection and analysis of supporting documentation.
  • Convening the Meeting of Creditors.

We offer a competitive salary - estimated at £60,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience, as well as standard business hours, a friendly working environment, and support with industry exams after a qualifying period.
