About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Recreation Assistant/Lifeguard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our customers, while also contributing to the management of our leisure centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of customers using the leisure centre
  • Participate in the management of daily activities and operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
