Job Title: Recreation Assistant/Lifeguard

Join our team at Princess Royal Sports Arena in Wyberton, Boston, as a Recreation Assistant/Lifeguard. This part-time role offers a great opportunity to be involved in a variety of leisure activities and provide excellent customer service.

About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone using the Leisure Centre. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the daily activities of the Centre, including ensuring the safety of customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of and enjoyment of everybody using the Leisure Centre.
  • Partake in the management of all aspects of the daily activities of the Centre.
Requirements
  • A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is desirable, but applicants could be provided with full training in all aspects of the role.
  • Be able to gain acceptance and respect from clients and the teams involved.
  • Be able to communicate effectively throughout the organisation.
  • Be willing to work additional hours when required.
  • Be able to demonstrate clear identification with all customer requirements.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be able to develop the role on your own initiative.
