Job Title: Recreation Assistant

About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our leisure centre. As a Recreation Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the safety of customers and staff
  • Participating in the management of daily activities and events
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
Key Responsibilities

As a Recreation Assistant, you will be required to:

  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and implement new ideas to improve customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
