The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Control Framework Specialist to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our Operational Assurance team, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our control framework and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out independent deep dives on frameworks to assess their effectiveness.
  • Analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining good internal relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders to resolve queries and provide updates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess, question and challenge results across business areas.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • PC literate with strong MS Office skills, including Excel.
  • Industry knowledge, preferably in life and pension or similar with some background in controls.
