Control Framework Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Enablement Analyst to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our Operational area, you will play a critical role in evaluating the effectiveness of our control framework and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent deep dives on frameworks to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyse data using specific criteria and produce clear and concise documented results for publication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain good internal relationships for mutual exchange of information and business awareness.
• Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels within the Operational area and Client base.

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess, question and challenge results across business areas.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including influencing and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• PC literate, with strong MS Office skills and Excel.
• Industry knowledge, preferably in life and pension or similar, with some background in controls.
