The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Control Framework Specialist to join our team at Diligenta. As a Control Framework Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our control framework, analyzing data, and producing clear and concise documented results for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out independent deep dives on frameworks to evaluate effectiveness of control framework.
  • Analysing data, within agreed timescales, using specific criteria and producing clear and concise documented results for publication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting control activities within agreed timescales.
  • Developing and maintaining good internal relationships for mutual exchange of information and business awareness.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively at all levels within the Operational area and Client base by telephone, E-mail and face to face in order to resolve queries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills with high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess, question and challenge results across business areas.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills including influencing and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • PC literate, strong MS Office skills with Excel.
  • Industry knowledge - life and pension or similar with some background with controls.
