Role Description: We are looking for a highly skilled teaching assistant to support our mainstream primary school in Bridport, Dorset. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to ensure all students receive the necessary support and guidance to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the class teacher in managing a classroom of up to 30 pupils
• Support the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support
• Collaborate with the class teacher to ensure all students are engaged and supported in their learning

Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a mainstream primary school setting
• Experience or strong interest in working with children with ASD and the application of person-centered approaches
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £87,800 per annum, based on a 40-hour week and a daily rate of £85-£95 per day.
