As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups. Working under the guidance of teaching staff, you will contribute to the learning environment through individualized support and the creation of learning resources.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A Level 2 qualification as a Teaching Assistant is essential
  • Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs is required
  • A DBS Check or willingness to undergo one is necessary
  • You must be comfortable assisting in personal care tasks
  • Effective behavior management skills are a must
  • Resilience and a strong passion for education are highly valued
