The role of a Child Protection Specialist involves working closely with families in the community to deliver interventions through child in need plans and child protection plans.

As part of the Strengthening and Supporting Families Team based in Goole, you will work with children, young people, and families to provide support and guidance to ensure their safety and well-being.

You will be responsible for building relationships with families, assessing their needs, and co-developing plans to address any concerns. Your day-to-day duties will include providing intervention and support in the community, working with partner agencies, and reporting directly to the Team Manager.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has completed their ASYE and is interested in working with children, young people, and families. The salary for this role is approximately £32,000-£37,000 per annum.
