We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Housing and Property Management Apprentice at Home Group, one of the leading social housing providers in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in housing and property management, working with our experienced team to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
About the RoleThis 15-month fixed-term apprenticeship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in housing management, while working towards a Level 2 qualification in Housing and Property Management. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our senior housing manager and housing manager to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as:
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Meeting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to discuss priorities and allocate tasks
- Checking general enquiries, contacting customers, and liaising with supply chains to resolve problems
- Supporting community events and estate visits to improve customer satisfaction
You will also have the opportunity to participate in training sessions, workshops, and online learning to enhance your skills and knowledge in housing management.
