Career Advancement Manager

We are committed to creating a safe and fun environment for our customers, where they can enjoy quality time with friends and family. As part of our fast-paced team, you will be responsible for leading by example, inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional service, and driving business results.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also benefit from a 40-hour contract, plus additional pay for any extra shifts worked, as well as 50% off food when you're on duty.
We require flexibility to travel to any of our centres in North London and Hertfordshire, so a willingness to work nights and weekends is essential. In return, you will have the opportunity to earn an extra £1 per hour, paid monthly, and share in centre outperformance bonuses. Plus, you'll enjoy access to our in-house Centre Manager in Training programme and apprenticeships, as well as a 28-day holiday entitlement and additional days with length of service.
