We're offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Property Development Apprentice. This is an exciting role that will allow you to gain hands-on experience in the housing sector.

About the Role

  • This is a 15-month fixed-term Apprenticeship, with the possibility of progression into a permanent role.
  • You'll be working towards a Level 2 Housing and Property Management qualification.
  • The successful candidate will work approximately two days a week out in the community, meeting the team on-site, attending monthly meetings at one of our regional offices, and working from home on other days.
  • You'll need an Enhanced / Standard / Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.

About You

  • You are a current or previous customer of Home Group or currently live in a Home Group property in Hertfordshire.
  • Ideally you have GCSEs in English and maths, but don't worry if not, you will complete these as part of your apprenticeship learning.
  • You meet the entry requirements of the training requirements which are; good IT skills and a genuine interest in learning and personal and professional development.
