Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at LinkLiving. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individually tailored visiting support to people with complex needs living across Fife.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional, practical, and social support to enable individuals to live as independently as possible and make informed choices in all aspects of their lives.
- Develop effective relationships with individuals affected by a range of problems, supporting them to cope in difficult times and work towards a good life.
- Liaise with other agencies involved with the individual, advocate on their behalf, and access professional help when required and appropriate.
