About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at LinkLiving. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individually tailored visiting support to people with complex needs living across Fife.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional, practical, and social support to enable individuals to live as independently as possible and make informed choices in all aspects of their lives.
  • Develop effective relationships with individuals affected by a range of problems, supporting them to cope in difficult times and work towards a good life.
  • Liaise with other agencies involved with the individual, advocate on their behalf, and access professional help when required and appropriate.
What We Offer

As a Support Worker at LinkLiving, you will benefit from a competitive salary, reviewed annually, and the opportunity for annual performance-related salary increases and discretionary non-consolidated pay awards. You will also enjoy 35 days' holiday per year (inclusive of public holidays) pro rata, plus additional 3 days pro rata after 3 years' service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about helping people to live a better life and share our values of empathy, respect, integrity, and caring. You will also need to be able to work using a person-centred and trauma-informed approach and develop effective relationships with individuals affected by a range of problems.
