About the RoleAs a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life. You will draw on your clinical expertise to listen carefully to each person's medical history, perform physical examinations, and produce concise, accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments of individuals
- Take down medical histories and perform physical examinations
- Produce accurate and concise reports for the DWP
- Meet with individuals to discuss their medical history and assess their condition
- Qualified Physiotherapist with a strong clinical background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments
