Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Assessor to join our team. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive health assessments to determine an individual's ability to work. You will work closely with our team to deliver a high-quality service to our clients, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments to determine an individual's ability to work
- Prepare detailed reports outlining an individual's functional abilities and recommendations for submission to the Department of Work and Pensions
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service to our clients
- Contribute to the continued improvement and service excellence of health assessment services in the UK
- A minimum of 12 months of post-graduate experience as a registered RGN Nurse, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist
- Strong critical analysis and logical thinking skills
- A good level of IT literacy, as you will be required to utilise various software and online tools to document your assessments and communicate your findings
