Job Title: Physiotherapist Functional Assessor

Are you a qualified Physiotherapist seeking a better work-life balance? We offer a Functional Assessor role with 9 to 5 hours, hybrid working, and the opportunity to utilize your medical skills.

The Role

As a Functional Assessor, you will assess individuals and their disabilities or conditions' impact on their work life. Drawing on your clinical expertise, you'll conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and produce concise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP).

You will interact with individuals face-to-face and via telephone/video, demonstrating sensitivity, compassion, and the ability to ask the right questions while maintaining best practice standards.

Requirements
  • Continuous Professional Development present on CV
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
  • IT skills and experience of using a range of software
  • Self-aware and focused on professional development
  • Honest and able to maintain integrity and customer confidentiality
  • Motivated to contribute to quality customer service, demonstrating empathy, respect, and sensitivity in assessment delivery
