Store Manager

We are seeking a highly capable leader to join our team as a Store Manager in Leeds Trinity. As our brand ambassador, you will be responsible for the store's overall commercial success, managing a team of supervisors and sales assistants, and creating unforgettable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs.
- Develop a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, and ensuring back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
- Nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession.
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
- A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
- Ability to understand the importance of Pandora's local and global business strategy and translate it into store, regional, and division KPIs.
- Experience in using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and taking action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
- Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
