At Cambridge Satchel, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team in the stunning Victoria Quarter. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a perfect shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including stock control, rotas, payroll, and report monthly.
  • Team Management: Lead by example, ensuring the team are brand ambassadors, and manage staff holiday, ensuring the store is always suitably covered.
  • Commercial Awareness: Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring local competitor activity.
  • Communication: Communicate targets and key information to the team, making sure that the management message is received by all staff through daily briefs and updates.
Requirements:
  • Desirable Skills: A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas, understanding of basic IT, tech, and manual equipment, and be a brand Ambassador.
