At JD Group, we are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our GO Outdoors store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers, while driving sales growth and improving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store profitability.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar format of retail.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
