Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Footasylum. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that stock is rotated regularly.
- Manage the store's visual merchandising, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.
- Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
