Key Responsibilities:- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction in-store.
- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store tasks, including stock control, sales, and customer relations.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
- Communication: Communicate targets, key information, and management messages to the team through daily briefs and updates.
- Brand Ambassador: Lead by example, ensuring the team represents the Cambridge Satchel brand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Complete store reports and provide in-depth analysis of sales and customer data.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of financial reports, targets, and product information.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, customer initiatives, and local competitor activity.
- Customer Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Manage rotas, payroll, and staff holiday to ensure the store is always suitably covered.
- Team Player: A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of basic IT, tech, and manual equipment.
- Brand Ambassador: Be a brand ambassador and build relationships with other store managers.
