Job Title: Commercial Property Partner

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Commercial Property Partner to lead our thriving commercial property practice in partnership with the existing Head of Department.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Property Partner, you will provide strategic leadership, manage client relationships, and drive business development initiatives. You will offer expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial property matters and mentor junior lawyers within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for commercial property matters.
  • Drive marketing initiatives, including seminars, webinars, publications, and networking events to raise the firm's profile and attract new business.
  • Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development projects.
  • Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the commercial property practice group, fostering their professional growth and advancement within the firm.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in commercial property law, ideally gained within a reputable law firm or real estate practice.
  2. Proven track record of success in handling complex commercial property transactions, negotiations, and due diligence processes.
