Job Title: Commercial Property Partner

CV-Library is seeking an accomplished and driven Commercial Property Partner to lead their thriving commercial property practice in partnership with the existing Head of Department.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Property Partner, you will be expected to provide strategic leadership, manage client relationships, and drive business development initiatives. You will offer expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial property matters and mentor junior lawyers within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development projects.
  • Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the commercial property practice group, fostering their professional growth and advancement within the firm.
  • Drive business development initiatives and manage client relationships to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in commercial property law, ideally gained within a reputable law firm or real estate practice.
  • Proven track record of success in handling complex commercial property transactions, negotiations, and due diligence processes.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
