Store Manager Designate Lead

Job Summary
The Store Manager Designate role at Hobbycraft is a key position that requires a strong leader to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive store performance. As a Store Manager Designate, you will be responsible for supporting multiple stores in your designated area, developing and inspiring colleagues, and driving business results.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have proven retail management experience, excellent awareness of retail systems and processes, and a proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating a team. You will be able to demonstrate commercial success and awareness, and have a real understanding of retail KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple stores in your designated area, providing guidance and expertise to store teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results.
- Collaborate with other store managers and the leadership team to share best practices and drive business growth.
