About the Role
The Store Manager Designate at Hobbycraft is a key position that requires delivering an exceptional customer experience while overseeing the overall store operations. As a Store Manager Designate, you will be responsible for driving performance, developing and inspiring colleagues, and ensuring the store meets its key performance indicators.
This is a designate role, which means you will initially support multiple stores in your designated area. After completing our management program, you will be allocated a store to lead. You will be expected to work at pace, react to changing customer needs, and demonstrate commercial success and awareness.
About You
- Able to demonstrate proven retail management experience within a large retailer.
- Excellent awareness of retail systems, processes, and proven experience of people management.
- Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
- Excellent people skills with a proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating a team.
- Able to demonstrate commercial success and awareness and a real understanding of retail KPIs.
