Job Title: Account Manager German Speaking

HSBC Global Banking and Markets is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh. As a key member of our Client Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service support to high-valued Global Liquidity and Cash Management clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve day-to-day queries from clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Encourage clients to utilize digital self-service tools to improve client experience
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Team Leader to identify and introduce service improvements to enhance the overall client experience
  • Interact with other global units, including clients, global service teams, Sales, Product Management, and other elements of Client Management
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German language, both written and oral
  • Ability to work under pressure within pre-defined SLA's
  • Take ownership of issues and liaise with relevant parties to make informed decisions
  • Proactive and prepared to investigate issues off own initiative
  • Experience of planning and prioritizing own time effectively
