Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing our hotel's business strategies, identifying new markets and business opportunities, and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Represent the hotel at various events and exhibitions
  • Conduct sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel
  • Provide exceptional customer service and develop long-term business relationships
  • Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy to drive customer loyalty

Requirements

  • Proven success in a sales-based role
  • Experience of developing and managing strong relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated empathy towards customers and colleagues
