Identity Access Management Governance Manager

At Lorien, we are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management Governance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the governance of identity within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IAM Governance team in the day-to-day management of identity access management.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure IAM requirements are articulated and understood, influencing the right IAM outcomes to reduce risk and increase quality.
  • Develop and implement an IAM improvements program to enhance efficiencies and reduce risk.
  • Stay up-to-date with IAM concepts such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Toxic Combination management, and Privileged Access management.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and examples of leading complex technical projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IAM governance and management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies.
  • Ability to lead complex technical projects.
