The Children's Trust is a leading charity that provides expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care to children with acquired brain injury. Our national specialist centre in Tadworth offers a range of services, including residential care, day care, and outreach services.

We are committed to providing the highest level of care and support to our children and families, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Assistant Shop Team Leader.

This role will involve supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our shop, promoting sustainable shopping practices and increasing audience reach through social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in stock generation, pricing, and inventory management.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including free parking and a staff shuttle service from local train stations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our shop
  • Promoting sustainable shopping practices and increasing audience reach through social media
  • Assisting with stock levels and ordering new stock as needed
  • Achieving gift aid sales conversion targets
  • Maintaining high levels of shop presentation
