About the Role

Camp Beaumont is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our management team as a Summer Activity Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and has a strong background in childcare.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging sports and craft activities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff members
  • Ensure the smooth operation of camps
  • Deliver exceptional day camp programs
  • Ensure the well-being of all camp members

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS/PGCE)
  • Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team
  • High level of safeguarding awareness
  • Paediatric first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary
