Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to lead our Oncology Genomics team. As a key member of our Research Technologies team, you will be responsible for providing genomic insights to support Oncology R&D, from target identification to clinical-stage pipeline support.

About the Job:
  1. You will lead a team of experts in genomics to analyze, integrate and interpret genetic and genomic datasets.
  2. You will develop and maintain inclusive partnerships with Oncology projects and discipline/capability leaders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  3. You will influence senior leaders in Research Technologies and Oncology R&D to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of genomics experts to provide genomic insights to support Oncology R&D.
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with Oncology projects and discipline/capability leaders.
  • Influencing senior leaders in Research Technologies and Oncology R&D.

Requirements:
  • PhD in a quantitative subject (e.g., Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology).
  • Over 15 years of combined academic and industry experience.
  • Experience in the oncology therapeutic area.
  • Strong scientific expertise in analyzing, integrating and interpreting genetic and genomic datasets.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum.
