We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Anglian Water - Cambridge Waste Water Treatment Plant Relocation Project.


Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale project in the water industry.



  • The postholder will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project, ensuring cost control, maximizing value, and minimizing future liabilities.
  • You will work closely with the design and on-site delivery teams to provide commercial support and guidance, ensuring that operations are carried out in compliance with relevant procedures.
  • Strong understanding of waste-water processes is essential, as well as experience in delivering large projects within budget and quality requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to manage competing tensions, and a proven track record of achieving high performance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, preferably with experience in NEC forms of contract.


You will be responsible for:



  • Managing the commercial aspects of the project, including cost control and maximizing value
  • Working closely with the design and on-site delivery teams to ensure commercial support and guidance
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and protocols
  • Delivering high-quality results within budget and time constraints
