Role Overview

Our client, ARC (Norwich) Limited, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in Cambridge, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  3. Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project value.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a commercial environment.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role, balancing on-site and office work.
