About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Expert to join our team as a Skoda Technician at our state-of-the-art facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining vehicles across the brand, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing and maintenance tasks on all vehicles across the brand
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil and air filter changes
  • Complete electronic job cards and write-ups on franchise platforms
  • Support Apprentice Technicians as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise to work at pace
  • A team-player who is comfortable operating with set processes and procedures
  • A qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognised qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Ability to carry out MOT's is desirable, but full training will be offered
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £34,961 per annum, plus uncapped OTE based on individual time saved, team profit, and CSI Bonus. You will also benefit from 45 hour working week with weekends on a rota basis, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, and pension scheme.
