Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our crew. As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks according to Wendy's standards and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
