Restaurant General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large team of over 50 full-time colleagues in a busy restaurant and cocktail bar.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large teams and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of over 50 full-time colleagues in a busy restaurant and cocktail bar
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
