Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team at Wendy's. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Wendy's standards and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move for most of your shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 5kg – 25kg occasionally.
  • Ability to handle weather-related moments such as rain at the drive-thru, litter picking, and taking rubbish out.
  • Ability to wear a headset and use other restaurant equipment such as an order taking system or grill.
  • Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines.
