Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Coordinator to join our team in the Preston area. The successful candidate will have experience in managing Traditional & D&B Contracts, Pre-Qualification, and Tendering Process for multi-discipline projects. They will also possess excellent people management skills and the ability to influence and mentor others.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage site teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to the site team.
  • Analyze progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Lead internal/external meetings, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency.
