Senior Program Coordinator

ZipRecruiter seeks a Senior Program Coordinator to drive the delivery of our Enterprise Solutions to the AIR Sector. As a key member of our hybrid team based across Warton and Samlesbury, you will play a critical role in driving the VAS (Virtual Application Service) into the business and embedding it as an enduring enterprise service.
Your primary responsibility will be to shape and deliver against our strategic Integrated Business Plan (IBP). This includes ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of IT projects, as well as ensuring seamless integration between projects, including transition into Business-as-Usual support.
Effective stakeholder management is crucial in this role, as you will need to report project status accurately to team members, leadership, and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop and track project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring business, project, and quality management processes are effectively applied across projects.
The estimated salary for this role is £54,793+, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company-contributed Share Incentive Plan.
