Regional Sensory Practitioner Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role within our service in the Midlands and Yorkshire region. As a Regional Lead Occupational Therapist and Sensory Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing professional management and leadership to the Occupational Therapy Service.
Your key responsibilities will include providing expert advice and expertise regarding service development and workforce planning, establishing and monitoring effective supervision frameworks, and supporting recruitment efforts. You will also be responsible for identifying training needs and participating in the development and delivery of CPD opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You must also be qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist with at least 6 years of post-qualifying experience and hold relevant sensory practitioner qualifications.
