Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Schedule Planner to oversee our back-office operations and play a crucial part in ensuring smooth delivery of our smart metering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of two schedulers/planners and a customer/data liaison professional.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise the creation and management of schedules for smart metering installations and street works.
  • Ensure all activities are scheduled in line with local authority requirements and operational priorities.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling and planning, preferably within the utilities sector or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of street works procedures, including permits and compliance with regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in data management and the use of reporting tools.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary of £55,000. The successful candidate will also have access to flexible work-from-home options and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
