Forensic Specialist

Dimensions UK seeks a skilled Forensic Specialist to join our team in the Hertfordshire region. As a member of our Forensic Team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism who have come into contact with the Criminal Justice System.

We are proud to be one of very few social care organisations accredited by the Great Places To Work programme for 6 consecutive years. Our humanistic, holistic and trauma-informed approach gives people positive social experiences, enabling them to build strong social circles and learn through structured work with a Clinical Practitioner.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Psychology, Criminology, Forensic Studies, or an equivalent relevant qualification. This exciting opportunity offers a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, allowing for a great work-life balance.

In this role, you will be responsible for a caseload, consulting, monitoring, educating, and mentoring to ensure the people we support and our teams are safe and given the necessary support to grow and develop. You will also seek out professional partnerships to further support the development of Dimensions UK.

This is a challenging yet rewarding job that requires empathy, non-judgmental thinking, and effective risk management. As a remote worker, you will need to be comfortable working independently and traveling across the region. In return for your dedication, we offer ongoing development opportunities, a generous training program, and various benefits, including a pension scheme, employee reward scheme, and more.
