About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our Human Resources function and contribute to the success of ONLY FE. The ideal candidate will have a track record of providing a comprehensive service at a senior level across a range of HR-related activities.

The role involves developing, refining, and securing support for a comprehensive range of employment and HR policies that support the Strategic Plan and the vision and mission of the College.

With high personal resilience and an ability to cope with ambiguity and change, you will be solution-focused and able to problem-solve and provide direction and leadership to inspire confidence and commitment from stakeholders.
