Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards.
- Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines.
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the home.
- Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
- Experienced in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
