We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Worcester.


About the Role


As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Behaviours of concern, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Epilepsy, and Complex Needs.


You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.



  • Encourage individuals to participate in their chosen activities and interests.
  • Coordinate scheduled activities and appointments.
  • Support individuals with their personal care and promote independence.
  • Encourage proactive strategies to maintain emotional wellbeing and mental health.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements


We are looking for individuals with:



  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting individuals with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, or Challenging Behaviour.
  • Good basic comprehension of the English language, including basic literacy and numerical skills.
  • Ongoing commitment to personal development and training.
